Return Policy - Digital Products

All digital products are to be considered final sale once the order is confirmed or the product has been sent. If an error is made during the purchase process, please contact us immediately so we’re able to try to accommodate a one-time adjustment. If a correction is requested after the end of the business day the order was placed, an additional processing fee will be charged to amend the order. We sincerely apologize for the processing fee, however we would ideally prefer to avoid this completely. That being noted, we encourage all (potential) customers to contact us directly with any questions they have, or if they’re experiencing any issues receiving or downloading our products. 

Return Policy - Virtual and Physical Meetings

Once an appointment is scheduled, all private sessions, whether in-person or virtual, are final sale. If you would like to request a correction, please contact us within one (1) business day for an adjustment. Rescheduling appointments are held on a case by case basis, and limited to two (2) rebookings per session. Once the two (2) time rescheduling limit has been reached, the appointment will expire and a new appointment will have to be purchased through the website. Please note that if the original appointment expires from multiple rebookings, a refund will not be issued. In addition, any unused appointment remaining after one (1) year from its original booking date will also expire, and no refund will be issued.

By confirming your appointment with Aura Wear LLC, you are consenting that you are in good physical health and of sound mind, and do not suffer from any condition that would hinder your participation in any activity at Aura Wear LLC. These activities include but are not limited to; Aura Readings, Classes, Group Sessions, Workshops, and other various activities. While we truly believe and hold value to our practices, you understand that your participation in all offerings held by Aura Wear LLC, including colleagues, contractors, and/or employees are strictly for entertainment purposes and you understand any personal medical concerns should be addressed and monitored under the care of a medical professional. Any advice received is ultimately determined by your own free will, thereby releasing any liability to sue Susanna Merrick, Aura Wear LLC, including employees, instructors, or contractors.  

Your participation in all activities is confirmation that you are fully responsible for any and all risks, injuries, or damages known or unknown without limitation. You hereby release any images should photos be taken in group activities that may later appear on future media, including but not limited to; websites, social media, or any press purposes. By either signing this release, responding to this email, or attending your scheduled appointment or workshop with Susanna Merrick and/or affiliates, such as contractors and/or employees, or entering any space with Aura Wear LLC, you acknowledge that you have read and completely understand the terms of the release, that you are legally of sound mind, and voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above.
